Halloween

My favorite Halloween trick or treating experience was when I went trick or treating with my good friend Troy and his brother Nick. We were in the suburbs in Geneva and there were millions of houses. Unfortunately we decided we would hit all of them. There were about 7 different streets, and there was only one house that was our base.
For that Halloween I was a geek/nerd and Troy’s brother was a Dallas Cowboy fan (I cant remember what Troy was). My costume consisted of big round glasses, pants that were too small, a pocket protector, a tucked in button up shirt and a nasty comb over. Nick’s costume was just a jersey and some face paint.
There were a few cool houses with strobe lights, fog, and people trying to scare you, but most people were just sitting on their porches handing out candy. Also there was billions of trick or treaters so we had to wait in a lot of lines.
It was about 7:30 and my pillowcase was already almost filled with candy. We stopped at about fifteen more houses, and by the time we were done it was about 8:00. We started going down one street to see if there was another street to take us to base. We spent about a half hour trying to find base until we sat down and took a break. We were very tired from walking. Another half hour past, and we were getting nervous that we would never get out of this maze of houses. We kept taking breaks hoping that someone would come and look for us, but no one came. Another forty-five minutes flew by and we were still lost. Finally I found a hint because I remembered this little pass way that led to the next road over, but Troy and Nick said that the right road was the next one over. About five minutes after they got on to the other road they realized that I was right and we turned around and went back. When we finally got to the house we realized that we had gone up and down this road about four times. We felt so stupid. Then we got into the car and drove home. I was exhausted.

favorite fall activite

My favorite fall activity is playing football with my friends. The friends I like to play football with are Connor, Troy and Aaron. We like to play at Connor’s house a lot because he has a very big backyard. My favorite part is probably catching a pass, running for a touchdown and diving into the end zone. I enjoy this because it makes me feel ecstatic and joyful. We usually get three extra people to play with us, and we assign three people to each team. Connor’s backyard is probably about seventy yards, so it is very exhausting when you run down our custom field. On a rare occasion, we’ll have specific plays, but most of the time its just go deep and get open. If we do call a more specific play then I would favor the flea flicker. In this play we give the runner the ball, he pitches it back to the quarterback who throws the ball to the receiver. This play will work seven out of ten times. We like to play tackle instead of touch because it’s way more realistic. The only time we won’t play tackle is when one of us is hurt or there is a little kid playing. When the younger kids are around we usually have to play with a softer ball so it is easier for them to catch it. Sometimes when I score, I take a second to catch my breath and take in all of my surroundings. In the fall I like the sound of crashing waves at the shore of the lake and the brilliant colors of the leaves and trees. Some days when it’s raining, we slide in the mud. The scariest part of playing is probably trying to tackle Connor because he is much bigger than me, and he can apply bone-crushing hits. Football is my favorite fall activity because I get to play outside with my friends and enjoy the fall weather.

Sameness and diffrence

I personally think that our world could be good with sameness but at the same time it would be better without sameness. The main reasons our world would be beneficial with sameness is because there would be more peace. If there was world peace then the world would be a utopia. There would only be one religion so no one would have to fight over witch is right, no one would make fun of each other because of there skin color, race, height, weight, age, who their friends are, and what they do. There would not be any war, terrorists, racism, and violence. Also, if there were sameness our school would easily reach its goal of being bully free. If there were sameness all the wars that are in our past wouldn’t have happened witch would be a major problem. If we didn’t have the wars then our technology would not be very advanced.
Unfortunately with sameness no one would be able to express themselves by doing what they like to do. For example, if there was sameness I wouldn’t be able to race bmx, ski, play football, and play paintball. If we had sameness a lot of fun activities that we enjoy doing today wouldn’t be around. For example, if we had sameness no person would ever have his or her own birthday party. Henry Ford probably wouldn’t have created a car if we didn’t have major happenings on our American timeline. Thomas Edison might not have thought of an idea for a light bulb because if there were sameness no one would need one. My main concern with sameness is that if we had it I wouldn’t have as much fun as I have without it. In my opinion right now I would say that our world is better without sameness.

If i had 1000000 dollars i would spend about 350 of it on an 18in piy bike. Also i would buy a hudge 50in tv for my room with hd. Another thing that i would by is a laptop. I would probally give alot of money to my parents so we could bye a giant house with a swimming pool, a skate park, and some crazy trails in the backyard. I would save alot too so when i turn sixteen i can bye a really nice car.
